Something more than a hobby but definitely less than a profession, I've been taking and making photographs since my dad let me use his Pentax Spotmatic and set me up with darkroom in the basement o my childhood home. That was many, many, many years ago. Nowadays, of course, the process is much easier, what with digital cameras, computers and inkjet printers, but, no doubt, something of the old magic has been lost. Nevertheless, there is still a process to creating a photograph and, while the means are different. the aims remain the same and, for me at least, the results are superior.

Anyway, enough about me. I'll let the photographs herein tell the rest. Admittedly they are a bit of a hodgepodge but such is life, eh? I seize what I sees and post the best of it here for the sake of.... Well you be the judge of that.

Technical Note:
The photographs were processed in Lightroom with some making a side trip into Photoshop.
All were made with various digital camera over the years: the Canon D1s, G7 and G10, the Panasonic Lumix GF1, the Leica M9, and the Nikon Z7ii and some were taken with various iterations of the iPhone.
